Our Beef is shipped in full loads of 20’ or 40’ containers.
Beef Cuts (Bone-In and Boneless)
Our Beef meat, either frozen or chilled, is sourced from carefully selected cattle farms and packing plants that work with the highest standards of quality.
Beef Offals
We offer a wide variety of beef offals and sub-products, processed with the strictest hygiene regulations, to supply the demand of different markets
worldwide.
Markets
China:
Our main market in terms of volume, where demand for frozen beef keeps rising each year and MTG consolidates itself as a trusted supplier.
We are also developing higher value niches in China for chilled beef from grain- fed steers.
Europe
An essential market for higher value beef products, specially from steers fed with natural pastures, where we put an emphasis in the quality and sustainability of our products.
USA
Also one of the biggest world markets in terms of volume and the main one for added value products, where we supply 2 different market segments: one with natural grass-fed beef for the food processing industry, and another with 120+ days grain-fed beef for high-end restaurants and hotels.
Asia & Africa
We are continuously expanding in these emerging markets that have the biggest increase potential for the world population, where we look to establish long term relationships with local partners and clients.
ORIGIN
At MTG we work with the main cattle producers and packers in South- America, mainly from Argentina, Brasil, Uruguay and Paraguay, where the animals are raised in natural environments, which guarantees healthy meats with exceptional taste and tenderness.
Although South-America is our main supplying region, we also offer selected European products focused on quality and sustainability. This combination of origins allows us to offer our global clients with a wide range of meats of unmatched excellence.
